Please order the replacement part from the Forest River parts department or a local supplier. If the part is purchased outside of Forest River or the Vendor, the Off-the-Shelf parts policy would be applied and a receipt would be required.
Job 2: approved for 0.5 hour

@Alix M For Job3 we need to run further tests to try and replicate the complaint of the shower leaking as we have been given more info about when the leak would occur. However, in order to do this we will need to summarize the unit and the rewinterize the unit once we have run our tests. The question at hand is will the manufacture cover the rewinterize?

We were thinking of doing that but our concern is that it could be a big repair and we do not want to leave the customer waiting for their unit when we have had it all winter and could have fixed the problem before spring

@Morgan Z Diagnostics should be added to the total labor amount when we submit the PA. Typically, GD will pay a reasonable amount when we provide the 3C's.

@Alix M JOB 5 BACK SPLASH- WE ARE CURRENTLY IN THE PROCESS OF TRYING TO REPLACE THIS BACKSPLASH AND IT APPEARS WE HAVE TO R&I THE ENTIRE KITCHEN TO REPLACE THIS BACKSPLASH. WE ARE GOING TO NEED A GRAND TOTAL OF 21 HOURS FOR THIS REPAIR. WE WILL NEED TO REQUEST AN ADDITIONAL 14 HOURS FOR THIS.

okay i misread the comments.
We already have approval for the R&I of the upper cabinets but we are also going to have to R&I the counter top, hood range, stove, refer wall and the refer. The backsplash goes behind both sets of cabinets, stove, and refer. In order to do this repair properly we will have to R&I everything I had listed and we will need an additional 14 hours to the 7 that is already approved giving a total of 21 hours for this repair

We are not accepting that because we were told that any additional hours would be approved for this. Not only was the backsplash glued but we had to R&I all the upper cabinets and cut into the paneling for the fridge to gain full access to this backsplash. We also had to shift the countertops so we could again gain full access to the backsplash. We will not be taking the loss of those 5 hours when we were told any additional time would be approved
