@Alix M THE CRACKS AE SUPERFICIAL, WE ARE UNSURE OF HOW GRAND DESIGN WANTS TO PROCEED AS WE DO NOT DO ANY WELDING. CURRENTLY THE TECH WHO LOOKED INTO IT STATES THAT IT SHOULD NOT CAUSE ISSUE BUT THE CUST STILL HAS CONCERNS WITH IT SO WE WANT TO KNOW HOW THEY WOULD LIKE TO PROCEED. iF THAT IS TO HAVE THE CUSTOMER CONTACT THEM WE CAN ALWAYS LET CUSTOMER KNOW.

@Alix M I SAW THAT GRAND DESIGN HAD COMMENTED BACK ABOUT MORE INFORMATION DUE TO THE CUSTOMER NOT AGREEING WITH THE DENIAL. TO ANSWER THEIR REQUEST: THERE IS ONLY ONE AREA OF CRACKING AND IT IS BY THE REAR HANGERS.

@Alix M This customer called today and was told that the claim denied for the photos, I see that we have added photos in here after the original denial. He reached out to Grand Design and they are still stating that they need further photos from us... I don't see that request in here again from you guys so I am unsure if they got added to the claim or not. Is it possible that grand design has not updated as of yet? Cust is not upset just trying to get further update on his unit for it to be taken care of before spring. If there is still further photos needed we will need more specifics for what is needed so we can get it taken care of, and proceed with what is needed per Grand design.

I didn't add additional photos as that isn't what Kaitlyn's comment said- I added the notes she stated and that was it. When items are added, we need to be notified of everything. I can email GD and send them whatever we have in here, however it is still showing "Open" on our end, so I am not sure why they are saying it is denied.

@Alix M I see there is a photo of the crack readded with circles around it from 2 days ago that had been added. I am unsure if possibly I am reading that incorrectly. But it is stating it was added 2 days ago on my side. I don't typically get involved with the warranty stuff as that is more Morgan and Kaitlyns duties. I am just trying to get information for my customer per request of them. But if they are are still requesting further photos I need to know what they need to provide them so we can get this claim figured out. Originally the claim was sent back declined for "superficial crack," Customer is not settling with that and would like us to continue to push for coverage. He is also willing to call Grand Design directly to push as well, but currently they told him it is currently declined for needing further photos for approval or direction for repair.

They have now reviewed and it is in "pending" status due to their new question that I stated above.

When we have this completed, we will reach back out to start a process of investigating this." This is still pending approval.

The sublet has completed the repair. There was a crack in both sides of the hanger above the I beam. The repair was done on the leaf spring shackles. This was not a cracked outrigger. I have taken pictures of the requested items. The frame serial tag was behind something on the frame so I took the best picture I could get. I do not have a picture of the issue before it was repaired

@Morgan Z Grand design will only pay the amount that is on the invoice from the sublet company. There isn't a 20% markup on that, unless you can get an invoice with the 20% markup on it or there were parts used which need to be listed on the invoice.
