@Kaitlyn R When I search the FR system, I can find a 4X4TPUS23SP103996, but nothing with the number you have on this WO. I need to verify the correct number as what's on here is not correct and I don't have the customer's name listed on here either to verify that. I looks to me like you have a 2 where an S should be, but I can't just assume.

@Alix M we can disregard this warranty work. The work was not started prior to the customer taking the unit.. Now, the customer does not want to pay for a service call fee nor bring it back to our facility to have it repaired. There is not labor charged out on this work order for the warranty line. I'm not sure what folder you want me to put this in to get rid of it.
