@Alix M WE NEED TO GO BACK TO WARRANTY TO REQUEST A NEW REPAIR. I HAVE COPIED THE TECHNICIANS NOTES BELOW:
We received the new vynel, I verified it was correct, figured out what pieces I need and I cut them out. When I laid the new section over top the existing vynel the pattern won't line up. When the vynel was installed it must have stretched out over time. The only other option is a complete replacement and that would involve over extending the slides and one is a kitchen slide, remove the island, sofa,every piece of trim on the floor line, toilet, bathroom cabinet, bed frame, cut the vynel along all the edges, remove the vynel, use it as a template, cut out the new piece, glue it in and put everything back in. We have never done a repair like this and the last time we had another dealership do it the repair looked terrible. We need to see what the manufacturer wants to do. I'm estimating the job at a bare minimum of 40 hours.

Jesse started the R&I process on 3/18/25 but then we were at the mercy of the sublet to work it into their schedule to get the floor done

WHAT WORK HAS BEEN PERFORMED WITH THE PREVIOUSLY APPROVED 40 HOURS? THIS IS A ROUTINE JOB THAT SHOULD TAKE LESS THAN 40 HOURS TO COMPLETE.

We need to get this approved. This may have been a "standard job" in the factory because they have different tools and resources than we do, but our notes clearly state that this took longer than anticipated with the issues we ran into. I have done all I can with reaching out, making phone calls and sending out emails. I need a little more help from you to get this covered. Per Amtt, you guys are supposed to chase this to get these repairs covered
