@Alix M I will be uploading the updated billing, once cmr picked up and once the unit was out front and awning was checked again, where it was found to be a small hole near the unit. I have photos of the hole as well as the label. It will need 2 hour replacement and the part. I will have that added on to the new billing.

@ANNA F @michelle g Line Warranty Repair 1: hello, can you advise what crack you are missing? typically there is no crank sent for the jack on the front tongue jack the stabalizer do not get a crank from Forest River. Line Warranty Repair 6: Please attach a photo of the problem found. Thank you

@Alix M PHOTO UPLOADED FOR LINE 6. WE CAN PROVIDE A PHOTO FROM THE TOPSIDE OF THE AWNING LINE 2 WHEN THE CUSTOMER BRINGS THE UNIT BACK FOR REPAIR. CUSTOMER IS ELDERLY AND CANNOT GET THE PICTURE FROM THE TOP OF THE UNIT HIMSELF.

@Alix M I messaged cust for a photo to be sent of the top or for him to swing by on the unit. The awnings do not get put in and out when on the lot. it was missed in the shop because the lack of lighting. it was missed twice and only saw after the awning was opened outside on a sunny day. If you want to add that to the claim, im sure you have a better way to put it. Once I have a photos from the customer I will upload them and get them added so we can update forest river.

@Alix M Warr09 was just checking in with cmr on item. I don't know why it was marked warranty. I changed it on my side to reflect internal. I am unsure about warranty line #11 I don't know when that had gotten added. Anna and Kaitlyn are both out today so I will follow up with them on Monday.

@Alix M I added a photo of the lable for you but there's not way to get a good photo of the damage. the power button works intermittently. Sometimes the tv will turn on other times the tv wont turn on. If they have a way they would like me to get a photo of that, i will get it, but if not i don't see a good way to present that.

We replaced the tv. When we tested it the power button was working intermittently. then you mentioned the backing coming off. I then took photos of the that as well. I did not see that there was noted the backing was pulled away. So ultimately there was 2 different issues. but the original claim was because the backing was coming off the tv.

Please attach pictures using the Upload button in the Feedback before acknowledging the line. Refer to the flat rate code Notes to ensure all necessary pictures are provided.
