@Alix M We understand. Anna has still been in and out with her health here and all of this is a lot. If we could get closer to the 58 that would be appreciated. The unit was roof was built with damaged materials from factory. It took us 58 hours to correct their mistake. they should be paying the full amount of time it took. I have also attached my technicians notes on the repair for you to enter in case that was not listed anywhere previously. "3/17/25 - interior paneling refit after rafter(s) replacement. The walls were pushed out when original rafters bowed, causing interior paneling to not fit correctly after new rafters installed. Had to trim down one sheet 1/4" to get it to fit correctly. Not real happy with the refit, paneling got tore up at edges when removing rafters. Ordered one new sheet of dupree fog to have for future replacement of ceiling panel. Used 4" seam tape to hide edge of paneling. 3/24/25 - applied glues and rolled out new roof membrane, allowing to cure overnight, prepped & applied screwtracks along both roof sides. 3/25/25 - prepped & reinstalled front and rear screwtrack, prepped & reinstalled all roof fixtures and A/C 3/26/25 - applied sealants to roof and roof fixtures. Applied sealants to long seams on both sides, finished screwtracks with corners and gutter spouts. Reinstalled slide topper. 3/27/25 - finished trimming excess fabric, calked under screwtracks, reinstalled awning assembly. 3/28/25 - finished sealants on exterior, finished reinstalling fixtures and a/c on interior. Tested a/c, working well. ((Final notes)) from the process of removing trusses, one joint where the ceiling panel intersects, there were an excessive ammount of staples. well over 500 to be exact. When seperating the panel from the truss, the panels riped a few inches on both sheets causing some imperfections in the finish, the batten strips are not wide enough to cover these inperfections, a 4" strip of seam tape was placed over the area the width of the ceiling. If customer disapproves of the fix, we will need to replace the ceiling panels. Panels have been ordered to complete this job, panels due in 4/4/25."

My Response: Hello, the dealership was communicating back and forth with Grand Design to get the appropriate amount of time approved per the State of WI law. Those communications were still going in August of 2025, a demand letter was sent on 8-24-25. This caused a delay in submitting for payment because the dealership put in more time than what was approved on this repair. Thank you.
