PA 1999190 is in draft status until we know if we can get photos for line 1.
Line 2: When returning a part that has multiple accessories, all accessory parts must be returned or charges will be applied. (Example: Radio having cables, remotes, wire harness, Manuals, etc.). The warranty claim will be paid pending testing.
Warranty payment for this component will be pending the testing of the component. Please provide a detailed description of the complaint with your authorization request. Do not use problem descriptions such as inop, broken, does not work, etc.

@Alix M I was able to track down the pictures for this RO, they were accidently put into a different RO. The notes were also put in on the wrong RO. This unit was affected by the recall, we have pictures of the awning fabric, but there are no tags at all on the fabric. I will have @michelle g upload pics that we were able to locate from the tech and the customer. I will also upload an updated RO with correct notes from tech.

Line 1: Hello, the TSB is for Lippert not dometic, there is not a recall attached to this VIN for a recall of the awning. I am not sure why this was authorized for the TSB. Is the correct tag attached to the claim for the awning. Thank you

@Alix M that is not the correct awning tag... that tag is for a 10 ft awning fabric and the one on the unit is a 13 foot fabric. There is no way that we still have the fabric any longer.. I am unsure as to where that picture came from.
