@Bonnie K @Kaitlyn R They need measurements of the following: The measurement photos they are asking for is from the main body of the unit with the slide extended, to the slide out fascia metal. And also of the width of the slide. Please provide the correct measurements as the ones added previously are not what they are asking for. Thanks!

@Crystal K Unfortunately the technician who was working on this unit is no longer with the company. We do not have the after pictures, as we did not know they were required until after the unit left our facility. It would be impossible to ask the customer to take the pics needed and expect them to understand.

This was approved for 3.9 hours. @ANNA F @Bonnie K From GD: approved for a new standard system and 3.9 hours 8 post install photos are required LCI Case #4700820. I would recommend reaching out to the customer asking for photos as I am not sure we can get this paid without them. Thanks. Moving to PA approved.

@Alix M SAME ISSUE, DIFFERENT UNITS, DIFFERENT PICS. EX: 10116D AND 10216D PICS ARE THE SAME PLACE ON UNIT BUT DIFFERENT SLIDE END WALLS.

Both WO's have the same VIN on them. This is the same unit.

@Alix M YOU ARE CORRECT, I AM GOING TO CLAIM THIS ONE ON 10216B. WE CAN CANCEL THE CLAIM ON 10116 UNTIL I GET THE VIN # FOR THAT ONE CORRECTED. THANK YOU FOR CATCHING THAT!

I have emailed GD to revise claim 809636 back to us so we can update the photos on there and submit that claim for this WO.

@ANNA F The VIN was used on 10116, which has already paid in GD. That will have to stay that way. The new VIN should probably just be entered on a new WO and we have to start from the PA process. And this WO just be removed. Let me know if you agree.
