@Morgan Z This is what was approved on that expired PA: Warranty Repair 1- 1.5 hours Warranty Repair 2: 0.3 hour Warranty Repair 3: 0.3 hour Warranty Repair 4: 0.2 hour Warranty Repair 5: wasn't entered in FR on this claim Warranty Repair 6: denied Warranty Repair 7: denied Warranty repair 8: wasn't entered in FR on this claim Warranty Repair 9: wasn't entered in FR on this claim Warranty Repair 22: will need to be entered on a new claim, I will have to ask FR how to handle this. What date were the original decals replaced so I can include that in the new PA for this line.

I have submitted PA 2263163 for approval with the new requested times and the lines that weren't entered before. The thermostat will remain denied. I will enter Warranty Repair 22 on a new PA once I know how they are handling the previous PA.

Okay thank you. I was just told a claim number on that and the date it was submitted. The original decals were not removed until 2/21/25. We were waiting for all the decals to come in. Then a few of the decals were damaged when they got here

@Morgan Z What about the photos requested for Warranty Repair 5? I haven't entered Warranty Repair 22 yet as I was waiting to see what came of the first one. So you are wanting to request 3.5 hours for Warr22 rather than the 2 hours that are on this WO?

Yes, there were 2 decals replaced and then then it had sat for a while in the winter amd they had started to peel after only one month of being on. This was the Palomio and the Puma decals so lots of letters

All decals on the front needed to be replaced. From what I am seeing it was the Palomino decal, Puma decal, the XLE Lite, and the big triangle one in the center with the little ones around it making it 13 different decals all together
