BEDROOM WALL IA PUSHING OUT AND SEAM TAPE IS BUNCHED UP a. wall in the bedroom is pushing out and seam tape is bunched up in the middle b. secured to the wall with brad nails. took a piece of trim to match and added it to cover seam tape. i. LABOR 0.2 2. ENTRY DOOR HANDLE ONE OF THE HOLES FOR THE MOUNTING SCREW BROKE NEEDS REPLACED a. the door handle is broken and needs to be replaced. The mounting bracket is broken b. removed the old handle. installed A new handle i. LABOR 0.4 3. SEALER AROUND WINDOW ON DRIVERS SIDE a. sealer around the window on the driver's side b. removed with mineral spirits i. LABOR 0.2 4. THE SCREEN DOOR LATCH NEEDS TO BE ADJUSTED a. The screen door latch isn't catching door b. moved latch to catch main door i. LABOR 0.2 5. THE ENTRY DOOR IS HITTING THE FRAME a. the entry door is hitting the frame at the top left corner and is hitting the latch plate. b. took a hammer and moved the latch plate over from the door. took a block of wood and a hammer and pushed the door frame "in" away from the door. i. LABOR 0.2 6. THE CORNER TRIM UNDER THE RADIO IS DAMAGED AND NEEDS PUTTY a. THE corner is damaged. b. took putty and stain and applied to the damaged area as needed. i. LABOR 0.2 7. THE BATHROOM DOOR HITS THE DOOR FRAME a. THE door is hitting a plastic frame. b. took a screw and painted it black to match the trim. installed screw to hold the frame in place i. LABOR 0.4 8. THE SHELF HOLDERS THAT ARE IN THE FREEZER ARE BROKEN a. FOUND HOLDERS ARE BROKEN b. NEED TO GET NEW HOLDERS AND INSTALL i.
